The ICYATOX database aims to provide valuable guidance for
Quebec and Canadian environmental stakeholders,
and potentially benefit other national authorities as well,
in addition to provide reliable references
of cyanobacterial genomes to future research.

ICYATOX currently contains 3267 samples with metadata,
metagenomes, MAGs and also a compendium of all published NCBI
accessions belonging to the Cyanobacteria phylum.
